True Cost of Cellular iPad on AT&T?

Hey all, I'd rather ask this question here because I know I'll get a straight answer that's easy to understand, rather than dealing with AT&T.

I'm looking into getting a 12.9 iPad Pro w/cellular. Best Buy shows the price as $54/mo for 20 months for the 256gb model.

Does this include the cost of data, or is this strictly paying off the iPad itself over a 20 month period?

I'm on the AT&T Unlimited Choice plan if that matters, and we have 4 lines.

That's just the iPad. AT&T is going to charge you some price per month for the iPad.

It's $20 for the iPad line. I have a iPad 5G 128GB on AT&T and it's $48 a month. $28 for the device for 20 months and $20 for the line. I have the unlimited choice as well with a Note 8 on a line.
