    Hi there

I would love to know if there's some jailbreak modification that allows me to split-screen between two apps so i can read/ browse the web and articles while at the same time seeing my twitter stream or something else...

I understand the way it's currently implemented in iOS is to save battery but i don't care about so much extra battery at home.

And hopefully a future iOS update will bring true multi-tasking where you can have at least two apps open on the screen at the same time (i believe Windows8 metro can do so by splitting the screen but not sure if on tablets too or not)

If anybody knows something on the jailbreak side let me know

    Thanks!

Nothing exists at this time to achieve what you are looking to achieve.

Nothing exists right now, but you're not alone - this is high on my iOS wish list!

Well there's hoping for next iOS 6

As of now iOS is starting to feel a little old. There's still no true intelligent home-screen as in jailbreak (intelliscreen i think) and the official notification pull down panel sucks on the iPad, looks half-arsed and copy/ pasted from the iPhone.
