just wondering where is the true-tone sensor on the iphone X.i bought the icarez screen protector with the black edges and im not really sure if it blocks the sensors?any idea?

It’s next to the cameras. You won’t see it unless there’s direct light on it.

Here’s an image of the sensors in the notch area.

so the ambient sensor and the true tone is the same?
The ambient sensor measures the colour temperature of the ambient light, and then together with the True Tone software adjusts the “white point”, making it warmer or colder. Indoors, in tungsten lighting for example, the screen display will be warmer than when it’s outside under a blue sky.
