Truphone on computer appstore but not on ipod appstore?!?!?! HELP!!!!

well i downloaded truphone (lost cost VOIP calls) on my computer and when i tried to sync it onto my ipod it said it wasnt compatible, but when i try to find it on the appstore on my ipod it says "no matches"
ANYBODY HELP?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!( i have second gen touch)
