There are only 86 search results for this Catalina process in google (which is odd), but it appears to be wrecking my Apple Watch battery and thrashing my MacBook Air processor at the same time.

When the Macbook is switched off the Watch usage statistic stays low; when it is switched on the watch usage statistic goes up in tandem with standby time.

There is a reddit thread about this issue. Any other thoughts? This bug needs fixing urgently.
