Using Hulu, all my shows are update in Up Next so it’s very easy to see what shows have new episodes out to watch, or see were I’m at in an older show that I am binge watching. It usually works pretty well, but sometimes Up Next doesn’t update and it will be stuck on an older episode and I have to tell it manually that I already watched the episode to get it to update.

It’s annoying but it’s easy to fix and not a big deal. The only show it really screwed up was LOST. Again, through Hulu, it would show an older episode in Up Next and I would have to manually tell it I’ve watched the episode to get it to move ahead. But unlike other shows where it would then work properly, this show never would and I’d be stuck updating it myself. One day I saw the option to remove from Up Next and I chose that thinking maybe next time I watched the show it would be fixed and would appear properly and work as expected in Up Next. The problem now is that the show is just completely gone from Up Next. I can watch all I want and in Hulu but it won’t show up at all in Up Next. I can search for the show inside of the TV app and even add it to Up Next, but when I select the current episode to play, it kicks me to Hulu (as it should) but I get some general error from Hulu saying content can’t be played.

Anyone else have similar issues? Anyone know how to fix something like this?

Thanks!

I don't bother with the TV app. Its garbage. Half the time my show never shows up when it should from Hulu.

That's a bummer. It actually works really well with most other apps. I've only been using Hulu for a few months and it's the only app that really causes issues with the TV app.
