Trying to copy a software install disc

Hey guys, I am wanting to copy my Adobe CS4 & Office 2008 install discs just to have a back-up copy. What would be the easiest way to do this? I'd rather not install any additional software.

Create a disk image using Disk Utility, then burn the image back to a disc.
