Trying to download embedded video

I am trying to download an embedded video which I believe is an swf file. I have tried using a couple different firefox extensions which have worked with other sites. I've also tried using the method of looking at the activity window and trying to download the file that way it does download but it is only a really small file. Thanks. I tried that and it comes back with an error saying it cant open the file. It seems like it should work it seems like its doing something but it still comes back with the error message.
