I loaded the GoPano app on my iPhone 4.
    Then upgraded to iPhone 5s

The GoPano files are on my iPhone 5s, but I cant see it in my iTunes application app files list to extract.

Where and how can I extract those files? Google search did not come up with answer.

Is is stored on my Mac? (iTunes sync)

You can use PhoneView to get anything off of an iPhone you need.

    No,
files seem to be only accessible within app.

    Will try Phoneview

You could also try PhotoSync, IMHO it's an essential app for photo & video transfers.

    Have this app:

Found a check box on bottom that listed all apps, and boom, there it was.
Thanks for making me look again!
