Trying to find WiFi scanning utility in Mountain Lion

I am trying to find the WiFi scanning utility in OSX Mountain Lion by using the following

However, when I open the WiFi diagnostic utility and type Command +N it doesn't do anything. I just get the stupid diagnostic wizard.

I want to view RSSI levels, etc. What am I doing wrong here?

The Command-N instruction apparently applies to a different version of Wireless Diagnostics.app.

Try this: after launching the utility, go to the menu and click Window-->Utilities (or hit Command-2). Then click the Wi-Fi Scan tab. I think this will give you what you're looking for.
