Trying to fiqure out what is taking up so much space

on my 256GB 7 plus i only have 17GB left while on my iPad Pro 256GB i have 58GB

What i have

177 songs
47 videos
6,101 photos
205 apps
17GB left

On my iPad Pro i have

161 songs
36 videos
6,101 photos
225 apps
58.84GB left

Just the 11 videos could be the difference. How big are these videos?

Well i’m Managed to delete a bunch and only have about 4 left and it’s still only 20GB of space left

In your music settings turn off (wait a min or so) and turn back on your "icloud music library" toggle

Texts- Had the same issue until I found that my texts were 20 GB on my phone!

Deleted texts and not made much difference

Gone into storage and it says pocketcast is taking up 17GB..that seems a lot.

Well, sounds like Pocketcast might be storing/caching things. Any other app/service taking up a lot of space there?

Yeah cheers, it made a difference by about 2GB.

Since doing this and removing the pocketcasts that was downloaded i’m On about 30GB remaining which is a lot better than being on 15GB

Are documents and data showing a large amount? My husbands phone had that with over 20gb's. Went into general/storage & iCloud usage/manage storage to clean that crap out. His ESPN app was one of the culprits. Deleted the app and re-downloaded it.
