Trying to get my 2004 Powerbook G4 up and running

Would this one work fine for a powerbook g4, also I was wondering if anyone knew what type of ram to buy for it as well as the max ram it could support.

You can break down the categories for the specific model of your PowerBook to ensure that you're looking for the right HDD that will work.

And to answer your second question, the PowerBook uses PC2700 DDR SODIMM 200 Pin. Here is another link to OWC and it shows what PowerBook models that this RAM is compatible with.

Hello

I think my 17" PB, one of the lasts before Intel is ATA, not SATA.

The max memory for it is 2Gb with 2x1Gb modules.
