I’m using my iPad mini 4 to print letters and envelopes and every time I try to print an envelope on my Canon MG3620 it comes out blank. I’ve set everything up correctly using the template in Pages, and the letter itself (8 1/2 x 11) comes out okay, but the envelope is totally blank…neither the main or return addresses are to be seen. (Regular #10 envelope). Can anyone suggest what I’m doing wrong? TIA!

Most likely the printer is printing where the envelope isn't. It depends on print orientation and how the envelope of loaded. Try substituting a regular sheet of paper in place of the envelope to see where it prints. Then tweak the printer adjustments or the envelope positioning.

would help to show pictures of your print dialogue box. Could be you are feeding the envelopes from the wrong edge or there is something setup incorrect in your page setup.

For,some reason, that works. The main & return addresses both print exactly where they should be when a #10 envelope is inserted. But an envelope still come out blank, no matters what I do with the settings.

I’ve copied an image with #10 envelope selected, but I’ve also tried it with other settings and get the same result: A blank envelope. Using a plain 8 1/2 x11 sheet works fine.
