Trying to type 0000 in pages...

I am trying to type 0000 into pages, but as soon as i do that, it changes into 0. How can i fix this? Thanks.

I assume you're doing this in the cell of a table.

Click on the table cell you're working with, open the inspector, click Format.

Select as a Cell Format "Text"
