As the title says, excited about the unteathered JB for iOS 5, I'm ready to update.

When I go to hit update in iTunes, I get a message along the lines of "updating to iOS 5 will delete all of the apps on the iPhone..." something about use the computer your iPhone is synced with...

This IS the computer my iPhone is synced with.. I've even synced it again, transferred all my purchases to this iTunes... I know this iPhone is synced with this iTunes because it lets me add and delete music..

I don't want to lose all my apps as I have A LOT. What should I do?

It's saying it removes them, and then will put them back during the restore from a backup. You still have all the apps on your account, so if anything, you can re-download.
