I just got an Apple TV 4K because I got tired of the subtitles disappearing randomly on my Roku. For the most part it has been fine but I have noticed that sometimes if I exit a show immediately as it starts but before I can tell it has started in Tubi it will play the audio in the background even though it has returned to the Tubi main screen (or if I return to the Apple TV main screen and then click on Tubi). If I then select another show to watch on Tubi I will see the video for the newly selected show but get the audio from both shows simultaneously. This never happened on Roku, and the only way that I have found to fix it is to restart Apple TV. Has anybody else noticed this with either Tubi or any other app?

EDIT: I just saw where somebody posted the same issue to the Apple forum so at least I am not the only one.

A couple days ago I noticed that the Sling app has started doing this. If I select one of the suggested channels at the top of the page, start watching, then exit Sling and open the "Computers" app, the Sling audio continues playing. Switching to the Discovery+ app, the Sling audio stops.

I assumed it was yet another bug in a Sling update, but perhaps it's a TVOS issue? Seems like the operating system should prevent an app's audio from playing when it's not active. I have not seen a case where two audio streams are playing together within the Sling app.

I'm still using an old Apple TV HD, not the 4k however.
