TuneIn Radio Not Working On My Computer

So, I am trying to listen to TuneIn Radio on my computer.

However, I can't because I am getting a message saying Not available in your location.

I can't even listen to local radio stations because I am getting the same thing as well.

It was working great yesterday and last week and now it is not working at all.

I have a similar problem Tunein is working fine on my iPhone XR and iPad but not on my iMac. It opens and I can see all my favourites on the home tab but none of them will open so I have to use iTunes.
