Tuneranger problems. Please help

I just purchased this program cause i have a windows based laptop i need for my mp3 DJ'n job. So i'd like to merge all my music on both systems.

Problem is, everytime i try, it says"error connecting to remote itunes?" please help if possible

Getting the basic questions out of the way, I presume you are running Tuneranger on both machines?
