Turn a Mac into a fileserver without reformatting?

I've recently acquired an old PowerMac G4 running 10.3. Would it be possible to turn this computer into a webserver without reformatting the hard disk and installing another operating system? The processor is only 450MHz, so maybe if it's my only option I could try to find an old version of OS X Server.
