iOS Turn Iphone website into app?

I was wondering if anyone has any tips or know of any guides to change a website into and iphone app that can be used on jailbroke iphones?

The site i want to change into an app is http://iphone.skinns.ca but I dont have a lot of experience in this area.
 
There are some frameworks that allows you to create iPhone apps using just HTML+CSS+Javascript like Titanium Mobile and NimbleKit. They are really buggy, so I suggest you to create a new project on Xcode and use a webView on it to load your website.
