TUrn off dictation?

After setting up my The new iPad I soon a realised that I would not be taking to my iPad anytime soon. So I would like to turn off dictation. How ever I cannot find that option again.

Does anyone else know where I can turn it off?

Settings / General / Restrictions / Dictation. You can also turn off explicit language.

I'm gonna play with that for a little while now... 😀
