Ever since I updated to iOS 9 the App Store is prompting me to enter a password for updates. I never had to do that in iOS 8 as far as I can remember. Is there any way to turn that off?

It seems pretty off that I can purchase apps with Touch ID but I have to type in my password for an update.

Do you have any restrictions set on your device?

They broke this feature in iOS 8.
