Turn vibration on/off

Up until iOS16 I have always had my phone on complete silence, and turn on vibration during the work day for work calls. Updated to iOS17 this afternoon and can’t figure out how to turn vibration off for the night.

How did you do this before? Whenever I don't want vibrations I use a Focus like do not disturb.
