Turning Address Book Contacts Into A Spreadsheet

Hello - I run my own business, and I'd like to convert the address book on my Mac into an excel spreadsheet so that I can make a calling list and check off the names as I go.

Does anyone know how I can turn iCal's vCard files into an Excel Spreadsheet without having to manually input everything again?
