Turning off Bluetooth and Wifi in Bootcamp/XP

So How do I turn off wifi and bluetooth in WinXP in order to save power?

It's simple in OSX, so is it easy to do in XP?

Do this:

1. Go to Start>Connect To>View all Network Connections

2. Right Click on Bluetooth.

3. Disable.

4. Repeat process for Ethernet and Airport.
