iPhone 16e Turns out 16e has 12% larger battery

As well as the lack of dynamic island.

However the lack of multitasking actions made available with the DI is a good thing.
To me the people that prefer the Notch over the Dynamic Island are the same that preferred Touch ID over Face ID.

So, is it finally a two-day battery iPhone?

Funny how every year, according to marketing materials, battery life is supposed to increase by 1–2 hours, yet we still have a one-day battery life on iPhones.

Having seen photo samples from the 16e, the camera is more than good enough.

Reports are it's a totally new sensor not used before, which would make sense with it being 48mp so it's not an "old sensor" at all.

Battery life should be great! I was surprised to see teardowns reveal that the 16e has around 4000mah in battery capacity. This is much bigger than the iPhone 14 it's based on and also larger the iPhone 15/15 Pro & 16/16 Pro.

I guess the space saved from having one camera helped here.
