TV and Airport

My TV is picking up some signal from my airport. It's only on Channel 11, and it only partially obscures the picture, and I still get normal sound. Anyone else ever get anything like this? Anyone understand what this stuff means?

It turns out that I think it was simply a problem with the captions.

When those were turned off, this stuff went away.
Somebody must have fallen asleep on the captioning keyboard. 😀
