TV App...No Chapters for Movies????

So I don't understand the TV App that replaced the Videos app. Previously, you could see the chapters in movies, and jump to a chapter. That seems to have been removed with the TV app. Is that correct? Did they basically rename it and remove functionality?

Have you played with the app? I'd hardly call it a rename and removal of one feature.
