TV App on Macbook

I've downloaded the update and still can't sign into HBO, CBS, Showtime, ETC. on the TV app. It only lets you sign up for a trial but there's no options to login with an existing account on any of the apps. Making the TV app pretty worthless. I'm Running a MacAir 2018 with Catalina and got the 10/15/2019 update. I did an Apple chat and they had no idea what I was talking about

Your difficulty is probably not related to the MacBook Air, per se, so you might want to re-post in the Catalina section of the forum.
