TV Out entry in settings app

I just discovered a section named TV out in settings application. Does anybody knows what is this upcoming feature? Are there any rumors of it? Btw I am on ios 9.3.1.

Pure conjecture but possibly these only show up when an accessory cable is attached, and you either have one attached or the bug is that search shows the option even when it isn't?

EDIT: Just checked and I see it on 9.3.2 as well. I am still maintaining my cable theory until someone comes in to tell me I'm an idiot

Searching doesnt filter out invisible items. Its a known bug I think. I interpreted this as an upcoming feature.
Can it have something to do with the rumored smart connector of iphone 7?
