Apps TV provider app authorization issue

Any one else notice some of the websites listed to authorize apps with tv providers are either not working or just hangs?

I pretty much can't watch any of the tv channels (nbc, fox now, animal planet, TLC, CBS, etc) directly on my apple tv. I have to play them on either my iphone or ipad mini and airplay to my tv.

I can use most of them but have to constantly login again. Seems like every time I open them the previous login has expired.
