TV reports Atmos enabled device connected with a pair of Homepod Minis?

Just curious as to why my Samsung tv, (I assume its the tv and not the Apple TV itself) would report Atmos? Previously I have had a Sonos soundbar, and an Amazon Echo Studio hooked up to the tv. I know it's not Atmos because the minis are not capable of that.

How is the Apple TV connect to the TV? CEC or ? Homepod minis, Mac minis?

CEC. I unplugged the speakers, and the Apple TV is Atmos enabled. I guess it was not the speakers but the Apple TV itself. LOL!!! Not a major problem, doesn't seem to affect anything. Just a strange Samsung glitch I guess.
