I am converting all of my media content to something that is iTunes compatible. I am half way through ripping my Sopranos box sets and noticed that, under TV Shows, each season has it's own 'Tile'. That is, there is a tile for 'Sopranos: Season 1' and 'Sopranos: Season 2'.

How do I combine the seasons into one tile? At the minute I don't fill out any of the Get Info's 'Info' Tab (bar a name and genre) but instead fill out the information under the Video tab i.e. 'Show', 'Season #', 'Episode #', 'Episode ID' and 'Description'. The two seasons each have the same 'Show' name so I'm not sure which bit of metadata I'm missing for it to say: 'OK, Sopranos here. I'll organise it into one, and assort by Season # in the list!'.

I hope this is something they change in iTunes 11. Having each season as a separate title is such a messy way to organise things.

Should be: list of TV shows > list of seasons > list of episodes.

That's a shame. I may just edit the episode number to be <season><episode> e.g. 0101, 0201, 0301... and remove the season number.
