TV Tuner help

I just got a TV Tuner for my mac.... it's called myTV.PVR The problem I'm having is actually setting up the device. I followed the instructions and everything was working until it says - The first time you launch MyTV/x you will be guided through the device setup. Well I launch the program and nothing happens. I've tried reinstaling and I'm still getting stuck at the same spot. Can anyone help or know where I can find help for this?

The word is that it doesn't work with Intel-based Macs. Have you tried calling tech support?

Ah thanks! I haven't called yet but I'll give that a try today. If not, does anyone have any recommendations for TV tuners for Macs?

Something from Elgato. Which tuner depends on your requirements...

I'm looking for one that has hook up for composite/S-video as well...
