I have Apple TVos 14 beta 4 and HomePod on HomePod 13. Now both are on standby and no remote HomeKit access.

how do I change the status from standby to primary as I can no longer see the option.

anyone else notice this?

have you tried cycling power on the pod / appleTV

is your phone beta or release?
I've been holding off trying the betas till I'm ready to go all in across my devices, as I was worried about something like this.

I upgraded my HomePod to beta as well and that fixed the issue.

I’m on 13.4.8 and didn’t get the invite for HomePod beta.

if I unplug the AppleTV the HomePod is connected. For now this is the only way it will work for me.
