TvOS 14 marked improvement on Apple TV 4 (1080) over 13?

IDK for sure, but since tvOS 14, sometimes my ATV4 doesn't wake from sleep, and requires me to pull the power plug to restart it.
It doesn't happen often, maybe 3 times since tvOS 14, but still annoying.
I notice some bugs on my ATV4K, which I use much more than my ATV4, so I am unsure if they are present on both.
Nothing major though.

I would stay put if everything is working for you. I don't see anything in there that would make me update. I'm on 14.2 and luckily have it back working ok. I downgraded from 14.3 because of issues but I was quite happy on 13.
I've two ATV4Ks, one running 4K DV Atmos and the other regular 1080p 2ch, both run flawlessly on 14.3.
Both via ethernet cables, so cannot comment on WiFi.

I have two Apple TV 4's with auto-update enabled. Have not noticed any difference one way or the other. But my usage is pretty basic - Sling, Prime, PBS and lots of my own content via the Computers app.
