I've just downloaded TVOS14 but I can't find homekit or camera for Homekit anywhere I thought Home was supposed to be in the sidebar

Also how do you switch the audio output now? You can't hold down play to switch from TV to Homepods...anyone know?

I use HomePods so mine are in Airplay in the sidebar setting the remote up again
do you have a 4k or HD?
mine isn't showing up on the HD, but it is on the 4k.
I've looked though a lot of settings and can't find anything.
yeah same here. No sign of it on my HD. I even logged out of my iCloud and back in.
Why do I get the feeling they screwed us by only making it available on the 4K just to push us into upgrading?

It keeps things a bit more orgnaized, than if people are randomly firing answers to multiple questions in the same place.
go into the settings app,
general -> screen saver
make sure "show during music and podcasts" is on,
if it is on, try turning it off and back on
sometimes the setting in the background can get out of sync with the indicator.
from what I've seen, this update is a bit "not ready"
so it might just not be working
it truly seems like these updates weren't quite ready, so hopefully it's just an oversight.
I wonder if they might have pushed a version out so they could release new watches and iPads, and we'll get a .1 in the next couple weeks, that probably should have been the .0 version.
Or maybe they only had 4ks in the "lab"
just like it seems they only tested the remote while sitting at a well lit desk and placed the remote down nice and parallel with their keyboards . instead of on a dimly lit couch, like most of us actually use the remote. Works great, but hard to make sure you've got it the right way in the dark, especially when picking up from where you threw it on the couch.
