TVOS 17.0 Won't Pause

Was wondering if anyone else is getting this problem. Since updating to the TVOS 17.0 Beta, a lot of the time I amunable to pause a program on Apple TV+. I try the button on the Siri Remote, pressing the side button and saying "pause" or "pause the program", the virtual remote in Home on my Ipad, and most of the time nothing happens. Is it just me?

Maybe its just me then. Strange it would only happen after the software update.

Hm. I'm not have a problem like that. Perhaps do a hard power cycle of the device? Pull the plug for a few seconds, then plug it back in.

Other than the addition of Facetime, the only thing I noticed different was a clock on the home page.

My pause error is a strange one. Last night, it would not pause. Switched off at the plug last night so its had a hard reset. First time I used it today, it worked. Now its not working again.

I ran into this problem the other day with Paramount +. I was unable to pause with the remote. I rebooted the Apple TV and was able to pause afterwards.

To echo others. I pulled the power leased out of the back and plugged it back in and voila.

I am on an AppleTV HD (A1625 64Gb) and have this issue even after unplugging. When I hit pause it mutes the sound and doesn't pause. This started with iOS 17 (21J354).
