iPad Tweak+ Cydia icons missing from springboard

Hello everyone,
On resetting the settings today, my iPad mini ( iOS 7.0.4) went into safe mode and then all the tweak icons (ifile, airblue, etc.) and Cydia icon went missing from springboard 🙁 🙁 .
Although, accessing Cydia from Safari(by cydia:// method) worked and all the tweaks still there (and reinstalling some didn't help). Can anyone please help? 😕 😕
Any Help is greatly appreciated
