General Tweak to automatically put smileys

I tried to find but couldn't... is there a tweak to put the corresponding emojii when the 🙂, or 😉 is placed? I was looking for something system wide, since it seems it's not allowed on the shortcuts in ios.

Can't you just add a shortcut in the keyboard settings? I tried it and it works.

Are you sure you're doing it right? This is what you mean right? Now when I type "🙂" the emoji automatically pops up.

Ahhh now I get it. Problem was I was doing it the other way. For me phrase was the 🙂 and shortcut was the emojii but seems is the other way round.
