iPhone Tweak to dim inactive icons in switcher

Is there a tweak to dim inactive icons in the switcher?

I know Springtomize can do this but I'm wondering if there is any other way.
 
I think switchermod. But i am not sure it is fully working correctly. I only see dimmed icons after a respring, but after that nothing dims. 🙁
