any one of you got the name of a tweak to remove blur for IOS 9?

All blur? I would try HideMe8 lite until HideMe8 is updated.

yeah my iphone 5 is only lagging when blur comes in the screen for some reason...

You could use reduce transparency from the accessibility settings.
