Is there any tweak to make the iphone take only raw photos instead of interpreting them into jpgs?
 
I have photoshop...

Transfer to my computer via ssh, then edit with PS and Lightroom.

It seems to me that you don't know what RAW files are. Let's say you are able to take RAW files with iDevices. Even if you have Photoshop/LR, it doesn't mean it can read the RAW files. Every companies' RAW file is different. Notice that PS/LR needs to update their softwares whenever there's a new camera? Since Apple doesn't officially support RAW files, how would Adobe update their software to read/see the RAW files?
