Tweet notification sound

Is there any way to make it the tweet sound, instead of your message sound? I'm talking about when you get a tweet. It only currently makes that sound when you send a tweet.

You can change your message tone to that, the name of the tone is called "Tweet".

Slightly off topic but I detest how I cannot change the notification sound I get from Facebook. It's ludicrous that I cannot change it from the tri-tone sound.
