TwelveSouth Case for the MBP

I saw a thread about this case for the iPad. Here's one the 17" MBP. The only thing I don't like is that the elastic holders at the top cover the Finder and Apple drop-down menus. It's not a deal-breaker though.

...is it? A mental image of the fourth screenshot closing would lead me to believe it sticks open.. perhaps I should calibrate 🙁
