Resolved Twitter App not saving pictures

Have an odd one. iPad Air 16GB Cellular. If I want to save a picture out from twitpic, I press and hold, click save and the save icon comes up with a tick. However if I go to my camera roll the picture is not there.

So I delete the Twitter App, delete the settings for twitter and install set up again. Save a picture, it works. Come out, go back in go to save a picture, it doesn't save again.

Removed access to photos, go to save it comes up Please allow access to camera roll, enable, comes up saved, still no saved picture.

Any thoughts short of doing a restore?

As there was an update to the Twitter app recently, this seems to have fixed my issue!
