Twitter application?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a twitter application that allows me to take and post pictures to the twitter app AS WELL as post it in my facebook.

Tweetdeck syncs with facebook. But doesnt post tweets to facebook with pictures. :|

qStatus does, but it'll post the link as a TwitPic/TweetPhoto link, not a direct picture to your wall. At least I think that's how it works.

Photoscatter will post pics to multiple services, but you can't tweet from it.
