Try Yorufukurou; Arn recommends it and I've been using it for about a week and I like it.

Tweetbot is an awesome one for iOS and I like it a lot. I hope they develop one for OS X as well.

TweetDeck is fairly good, albeit reduced in power and complexity with the recent update. But if all you want is to see multiple columns at once and set up searches for people/hashtags/etc, it's good enough.

Good but does not have live streaming. Twitter for mac is good.
