Twitter Down on 7/18?

I can't seem to access Twitter either directly through their site/apps or through third party apps (Echofon) on either iOS or my Mac. Anyone else having similar issues?

Yeah, can't load Twitter.com or new tweets from Twitter for iOS. However, I'm able to browse and post tweets on Twitter for Mac.
