Twitter Login Verification Issues

Got a new the new iPhone 5s and i forgot to sign out of twitter and turn off the login verification feature on my old iPhone 5 that i sold. Now i can't access my account on my iPhone but i have the same account on my iPad and Macbook, is their any way i can transfer the account via itunes, third party application?😡



PS: I have no back up of the iPhone 5 via icloud, itunes, and also i don't know the back up verification code!



Anybody have a solution to my problem?😕
